RETURN POLICY:
Before returning a product you must contact Watchdog Security Pet Doors for a return authorization. Contact us at 800-242-5093. A copy of your invoice must be included with all returns. 30 Day Warranty If for any reason you are not satisfied with the performance of any equipment within the 30 day warranty, you may return it for a full refund . All 30 day warranty returns must be in “as-new” condition with the original packaging (also in “as-new” condition). All instruction manuals, accessories, parts, etc. which came with the original shipment must be returned. Prior to returning items, please call Watchdog Security Pet Doors at 800-242-5093 in order to receive shipping instructions and a RMA number. Refunds will be issued after the equipment is received, inspected and verified to be in good working condition. Note: if the products are worn to the point they can’t be resold “as-new” products the 30 day warranty is void. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Some products may require a re-stocking fee. Manufacturer Equipment Warranty:
This warranty covers any failure of the equipment due to defective material or workmanship for a period of 90 days. This warranty is provided by the equipment manufacturer and is void if the equipment has been used for purposes other than its intended purpose, abused, or damaged due to improper handling or installation.
